Wow! A fabulous house! A spectacular view! Direct waterfront! Chom Talay - 'to admire the sea' in Thai - is the perfect name for this special, 4000+ square foot home. On a bluff just steps from a beautiful, sandy swimming beach. There is a huge deck off living room for coffee at sunrise, viewing beach activity, and enjoying the end-of-the-day serenity. There are walls of windows to take in water views from nearly every room. The center chimney provides fireplaces for the living room, dining room, kitchen, and master bedroom. The spiral staircase off of the master bedroom leads to a spectacular tower room. The master bedroom also offers a private deck overlooking the water. The is an enormous finished basement with full bath, bunk room, and fireplaced playroom which is the perfect retreat for kids. All furnishings - including furniture, kitchenware, electronics, and accessories - were brand new for Summer 2003.

Plymouth is located just 45 miles south of Boston, with direct train and bus service to and from downtown and Logan Airport. It's just a few miles north of the Sagamore Bridge, providing easy access to Cape Cod, where you can enjoy walking, biking, and fishing along the scenic Cape Cod Canal or catch a ferry to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket for a day trip. Even the mansions of Newport, RI are just over an hour away. There's much to do, though, without ever leaving Plymouth! Plimouth Plantation (a 1627 Pilgrim village replica) and the historic downtown waterfront, teeming with shops, cafes, restaurants, galleries, museums, and beautiful views are both just minutes away. By day, enjoy whale watching, deep-sea fishing, a harbor cruise or amphibious duck tour, the Provincetown ferry, or one of several championship golf courses. By night, enjoy the sounds of the Plymouth Philharmonic Orchestra.
