Welcome to our Gulf terrace condo located on 18 beautiful acres with a small spring fed lake in the center and just across the street from the Gulf of Mexico featuring crystal white sand beaches and clear emerald green water. Public beach access at June Decker Park is a short walk and the area features numerous restaurants, Big Kahuna waterpark, The Track Amusement Center and many shopping centers all located near by. Our complex has 3 swimming pools, two tennis courts and fresh water fishing in our lake and is all situated in the heart of Destin just 1 mile from the harbor. Gulf Terrace is a gated resort that is family oriented. Our condo is located right next to one of the 3 pools and has a slight view of the Gulf from our outside deck. They say location is everything and we have the best location in Destin. Big Kahuna water park is 1 block west of our complex as well as many other activities. Come and enjoy with your family our condo and your vacation all while costing you less.
