Views & convenience: Asheville Mountain Vista is located just off Asheville's Scenic Highway #694, Town Mountain Road, a convenient 3 miles from the heart of downtown, yet the setting of the home provides incredible Mountain Views. In another three miles (opposite downtown) Town Mountain Road ends on the Blue Ridge Parkway at Craven Gap, mile post 377, for convenient Parkway access. About the house: Walk into the 1,400 square ft open post & beam living area, with open kitchen, dining room, living area & TV room with queen sleeper sofa & full bath, wood stove on one end and fireplace on the other. Floor to ceiling windows take advantage of the views. Moving downstairs takes you to the 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have large windows & private doorways out to another large deck. This level has two full baths, a Washer/Dryer, and another wrap-around deck accessible directly from 3 of the 4 bedrooms.

For recreation or shopping our location just couldn't be better. Asheville Mountain Vista is just 3 miles from the heart of downtown and just 3 miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway. Asheville is an exciting town with great shopping, fabulous dining, nightlife and outdoor recreation. The Biltmore Estate and Biltmore Village are about 6 miles from the house. In early August, Asheville hosts one of the largest street fairs of the Southeast, Bele Chere. The Blue Ridge Parkway gives our visitors easy access to Western North Carolina's beautiful outdoors, with excellent hiking, bicycling, mountain biking, fishing & motorcycling.

    Asheville Mountain Vista is pet friendly and there is a $15 per pet per night pet fee or $75 per pet stay, whichever is less. There are bed spaces for 12 guests at the property. If available up to two, Roll-Away twin beds may be rented for $15 each per visit & include the twin bedding and extra guest towels for a maximum capacity of 14 guests.
