We have another property in France that we have rented through this website for many years. I am English and have lived in Fulham for years before we moved out west near Marlborough where my 14 year old son goes to school. We had a house in Hurlingham road which we sold last year then I saw this flat.
Tanya Andrews purchased this apartment in 2012
Great Location near to Central London. very good public transport links. Safe area full of restaurants and bars.Lots of green open spaces and safe for children to play in the park. Easy parking with plenty of spaces. Pay and Display £2.20 per hr 9-5pm
Two balconies looking south over the park. Double glazed windows throughout. Newly refurbished to a very high standard. Easy parking outside the door. Park opposite with tennis courts and children’s play area.
With my son 5 year old and my wife, we spent 3 nights and we enjoyed the flat with is nice view over the park and is perfectly furnished, clean and well maintained. Our son slept very well in the double sofa bed in the living room. Our bedroom was perfect too.
Location is good as it is 5-10mins from Parson Green tube station, 5mins from two supermarkets and additional shops. We stopped every night on our way home to a very pleasant pub the white horse. We did not try another.
Tube with Circle Line takes you very quickly to Town center, for instance 30mins from embankment station, 40mins from st pancras.
We enjoyed our stay and visited london eye, boat trip to Greenwich, walk in Greenwich park, Kew gardens, natural history museum: mainly via tube. Fantastic weather.
Perfect stay and location, we can only recommend this place and we will be back.
Yann and his family
Stylish, immaculate, spacious, everything I expected and more than what was presented in the listing. Well equipped kitchen, super comfy big double bed, great spacious shower with buckets of hot water, and lovely cosy underfloor heating. I would certainly recommend this lovely apartment.
We have been in this flat over the festive period visiting friends and family in London. The location is brilliant just off Parsons green, 5 minutes walk from the river, 20 mins walk to Chelsea and loads of buses and tubes easily accessible. The flat looks out over Hurlingham park so you dont feel like you are in a concrete jungle. The interior is plenty big enough for a couple and it is very comfortable, especially the bed! We will be back!
The apartment is nice but a bit small for a family of four.
Our family of five (including three small children) just returned from a 10-day stay at Tanya's lovely apartment in Parsons Green. The location was perfect because we had to visit my mother-in-law at a nearby hospital. The flat is a one-flight walk up in a beautiful residential area about four blocks (10 mins) from the tube and two blocks (five mins) from the #22 bus to Picadilly Circus. The apartment was clean and had everything necessary to enjoy our vacation. The kitchenette has a full fridge and electric stove and is fully stocked with pots and pans, etc; the shower works great (no bath tub), there's a washer/dryer, and the living room overlooks a nice park. There's a large playground literally across the street. Three supermarkets are on the way to the tube so you can pick up food and other essentials. There's also a nice kabob place (turn left on the main road where the #22 bus runs), as well as a great fish and chip shop one block past the Parsons Green tube. We loved the restaurant across the street from the tube station. Tanya was a delight to work with. She responded to all my emails while she was on vacation in Eastern Europe with her family. I have a few tips: Google a call a car service in advance to pick you up at Heathrow if you're traveling with kids or have lots of luggage. They are much cheaper than a taxi and worth every penny! I also bought a SIM card for my iPhone at the local supermarket to make local London calls and calls to the US and to avoid costly roaming charges. Make sure to get unlimited Oyster cards to travel on the tube and bus to save money. The Oyster cards also can be used for discounts on the Emirates cable car, the commuter boat, and other things. I highly recommend Tanya's place if you're looking for a quiet, clean place that's in a residential area but close to all the major sites!
We were very comfortable in your flat and happy with all aspects of the accomodation. Our only complaint was at times late at night there was a lot of noise from flat above.
We would certainly like to stay again ourselves and would recommend it to our friends. The owner provided excellent customer service.$
Opposite Hurlingham Park which has 3 tennis courts but in the middle of London.
