The fresh and chic property is filled with vibrant colours perfectly combining Tuscan style with modern design.

The villa sleeps up to 10 guests in three doubles and two twin bedrooms with en suite facilities. There is a kitchen, dining area and living room which opens onto the stunning garden.

Outside there is an extended vine pergola ideal for al fresco dining with seating for 16. It is the perfect villa for relaxing by the pool, cooking on the barbecue or basking in the sun.

- Sleeps 10 in 3 doubles and two twin bedrooms

- All en suite accommodation.

- Small but very well-equipped country kitchen, with large stone counter top, American fridge and separate freezer, ice maker, dishwasher.

- Dining room for 10, opening to outdoor dining area.

- Living room has a beautiful stone fireplace and opens to the terrace.

- Laundry (washing machine and tumble dryer)

- Broadband through Wi-Fi in most of the house

- The house is equipped to seat the guests plus some occasional additions. The cook will be able to prepare meals for up to 15 guests using the existing house equipment.

- Terracotta paving, straw changing room, covered picnic area, second pergola and small fridge.

- 30 acres of private woodland surrounding the house

    It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.
