Casa Olive enjoys the peace and beauty of the Tuscan countryside, but with the convenience of a location within village of Castelmuzio.

True to its name, Casa Olive is set in the midst of an old olive grove. It sleeps up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms. The large grounds include a private infinity swimming pool, and secluded gardens with dramatic views.

It is an outstanding property filled with rustic charm and character. Casa Olive is the ideal choice for a family holiday or special occasion.

Ground Floor

The ground floor of Casa Olive has a spacious dining and sitting room with beamed ceiling. Off the dining room area is a well equipped kitchen with a large fridge, gas hob and oven and a dishwasher.

There are three bedrooms on the ground floor a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom including a bathtub and overhead shower, a double room with four poster bed and a twin bedroom. There is a further bathroom with a shower cubicle available. All the rooms have direct access to the gardens and ceiling fans. Guest can also take advantage of the laundry room with a washing machine, sink, iron and ironing board.

First Floor

The first floor is accessed by an outside staircase, a typical feature of old Tuscan country homes. There is a spacious lounge with satellite TV, CD and DVD/video players, along with Bookshelves on both floors contain holiday reading for most tastes. The lounge has access to a terrace with stunning views over the countryside.

There are two further bedrooms on the first floor with a double bedroom and en-suite bathroom, as well as a twin bedroom both include ceiling fans. There is a further bathroom with a shower cubicle.

Outdoor Features

There are glazed patio doors to the garden and to the pergola. Under the thatched pergola is another large dining table together with a mobile BBQ for alfresco feasts.
