Includes three floors of living area. Lot includes outdoor firepit and private boating/swimming dock with jet ski ramp. Ample parking including room for boat trailer. Four distinct seasons full of activities. Close to quaint town of Hawley with antique shops, shopping and restaurants. Short distance to four local ski resorts. A superb Family Vacation!! Beautiful, warm and very comfortable accomodations combined with a great lake-front home made this vacation simply awesome. Idealy located to local activities, and not to far from world class atractions make this house an ideal place for a family vacation. House is well decorated and maintained, with lots of ammeneties. Highly recommended

So Unexpected

SUCH A WONDERFUL HOUSE!!!

We stayed for an long weekend for the kids spring break, and were surprised on the amount of fun our sons had!! They are city kids through and through .. But when the fish were not bitting , they made the best of it !! From the scenery , to the fire pit, to the huge collection of movies they watch next to the fire place at night!! And the cleanliness !!! Such a clean and organized home!! Thanks Jack and Karen!! I've built memories with my sons that will last forever!! You really have a special home, and have gained a new family of renters!!!

GREAT vacation home

We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay at this wonderful home on Lake Wallenpaupack! The wonderful lakefront location was situated in one of the most desirable areas for boating and tubing. Their home was perfect for our party of 4 adults and 2 children although more could be accomodated. The owners have decorated very tastefully both inside and on the two deck areas. Everything the owner promised was there and then some. Waking up in the morning and looking out through the large glass windows onto the lake watching early morning boaters and the sun peeking through the trees was a sight we won't forget soon. What a delightful place to vacation. Thank you for being so easy to work with and for communicating so well with us.

Fishing Trip

We have evaluated and stayed at other vacation rentals, in other areas and in the Lake Wallenpaupack area. We are always disappointed in these other properties upon arrival – the online pictures never accurately reflect the current conditions of the property. Our experience with this lake house was refreshing and completely opposite – this beautiful lake house exceeded our expectations! In fact, online pictures could never do the house and location proper justice. The house, location and views are wonderful. The owners, Jack and Karen, do everything possible to make you feel welcome and comfortable. We fished everyday and the ability to dock our boat at the house is excellent. My only regret was that we had to leave!

Family birthday trip

What a fantastic house and view of the lake! We also own vacation rental homes and appreciate all the extra care that Jack and Karen did with this house!
We celebrated my Mom's 85th birthday and rarely left the house because it was so relaxing there...we watched a family of canada geese swim by the dock, listened to the birds in the morning and watched the deer in the evening...would highly recommend it for an ideal lake vacation!
