This newly renovated Dennisport rental is an original Cape Cod Cottage located across the street from the ocean and 2 blocks from a public beach with lifeguard, restrooms and food stand (there are two smaller beaches one block away without public facilities). This well decorated, cozy house comes with 7 rooms and 1.5 baths, and a breakfast bar between the dining room and kitchen. There are partial ocean views from the upstairs bedroom, a three season screened porch, enclosed outdoor shower, fenced-in backyard with deck, including lawn furniture and beach chairs.

Many repeat renters every year.

The house was clean and had no odors and could have slept 9 people. We liked having a sink and toilet upstairs. It was nice to have a good TV and eating area. Screened in porch was a plus as was the backyard. The windows need to be replaced along with the screens and that would be a big improvement. New boards to hold the windows up in the meantime are needed! Cooking pots need to be replaced and the refrigerator temperature control was there but had fallen off and would not stay on so tricky to regulate proper temperature. Had to fix the pipe under the sink. It was totally apart when we arrived. Good thing I had my handyman with me! All in all we had a very good week and would recommend it to other families. Location was good, too.
