This is a Cape-style ranch house in East Brewster. Located on a cul-de-sac, north of Route 6A, it is within walking distance (4/10 mile) to Crosby Landing - a large expanse of Bayside beach, Nickerson State Park, and the Cape Cod Bike Trail. The house has a large deck with a BBQ gas grill and a picnic table. Flower gardens surround the house and line the edge of the woods. The house is available for viewing during the off season. This is a very nice and well cared for house. My husband and I spent our honeymoon at this house. The kitchen is up to date, we had cable TV, a stereo, a comfortable deck, beautiful landscaping and gardening, comfortable beds, very clean throughout. All the appliances were good. This is located in a very quiet neighborhood with a beautiful beach close by. This is definately a great place to stay. The owner is easily reachable for any emergency. We would recommend this house to anyone, we are planning to rent again.
