You are cordially invited to a Caribbean Island Holiday in the West Indies. Enjoy the comfort of a private residence in 'America's Paradise'. This home is both private and secluded, built by the owner and cherished by many long time return guests. Located in a rural area of open countryside and rolling hills just 3.5 miles east of Christiansted. The private swimming pool, surrounded in tropical landscape, are a highlight. Take a night swim under the open starry sky. Wake up in your quiet sanctuary, step out onto the poolside, sip a cup of the local coffee, and listen to the peaceful song of the mountain dove. Estate Tipperary has been a secret retreat for many return vacationers; for some it was their very special honeymoon.

Beverly was the one who had this dream and made it all happen. Because she has been the sole contractor, builder, and owner, this villa has remained a very special place for her and her family. She feels strongly that everyone should experience a welcome, relaxing, memorable stay on St. Croix. There are many amenities, including an open mahogany wet bar, a complimentary bottle of the local Cruzan Rum with a fresh lime, DSL WIRELESS INTERNET, Cable TV, DVD,VCR, two outdoor showers, coolers, beach chairs, outdoor sensor lights, ample parking on private property, and a historic Danish brick garden walkway from driveway to swimming pool.

Wonderful retreat location with more amenities than you could ask for. Quiet location, open spaces and of course a great pool a few feet from the doorway.

Very clean, well maintained, bright, secure and open concept layout.

We golfed at Carambola and Bucanner (the only 2 real courses on the island). There is also a great small private beach 1-2 miles from this villa.

Above all, Bev is an absolute wonderful host and made us feel at home.

I would say that this is a great choice for anyone - families, a few couples or a relaxing getaway for men and/or woman.

Thanks again for making our vacation ideal!

Highly recommended.
