Peaceful Location, 15 Minutes Walk To The Beach With Communal Pool

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 1 double with en-suite bathroom, 1 twin and 1 single; there is also a double sofa-bed in the lounge. It has 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) and a combined living and dining area and a large terrace. There is a newly fitted kitchen and the property is decorated and furnished to a high standard. There is air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living area.

There is a communal pool and the property has a very attractive and private aspect, overlooking the mountains. It is a spacious apartment with a good internal layout, where the two double bedrooms are at opposite ends of the apartment. This creates privacy when two families are holidaying together.

Fantastic apartment.

Great apartment - extremely spacious, very nicely furnished and brilliantly well-equipped, particularly the kitchen. We were a group of 4 adults and 3 children (7,5,3) and there was acres of space for us all, plus loads of storage for clothes and luggage in the bedrooms, and for food etc in the kitchen. There was a great 'welcome pack' as well, which was completely unexpected but very gratefully received.

I didn't give the 5th star rating as I had concerns about how 'child-friendly' the apartment is. The railing on the balcony is quite low and could be dangerous for very young kids. And the pool is ridiculously deep - the 'shallow' end is at least 3.5 feet deep. The deep end is about 10 feet deep, and its not a long pool so the floor at the shallow end immediately slopes away sharply towards the deep end.

There were one or two other families with small kids using the pool, and everyone had to play along the wall at the shallow end as it was too deep to go beyond it. Not an appropriate pool for small kids to splash about in - just something to bear in mind for anyone whose kids like to play around the pool all the time.

But other than that, the apartment itself was fantastic and I would certainly recommend it.

I would agree that the pool is deep and therefore would recommend guests with small children to supervise their children at all times around the pool area as well as on the private terrace. I would encourage future guests who are concerned about the height of the terrace wall/railings to take a look at our photographs so as to decide if the apartment is right for you.

We do aim to make the apartment welcoming for families with small children so supply beach toys, cots and high chairs free of charge.

The apartment is located in Puerto Pollensa. it is a 15 minutes walk to the beach and a 20 minute walk to the centre of town, along the beach front. The nearest supermarket is a 5 minute walk away and there are also two restaurants within a 5 minute walk of the apartment.

There is a communal pool and the property has a very attractive and private aspect, overlooking the mountains.

Notes 25% deposit to secure the reservation.
Full payment is due 10 weeks prior to departure.
Refundable £200 security deposit required and payable with the holiday balance.
We ask for a 25% deposit to secure your dates with the balance to be paid 10 weeks before your stay. We do also please ask for a £200 refundable security deposit to be paid at the same time as the outstanding balance. This is just to protect us against any damage to the apartment and shall be refunded to you within 10 days of your return home.
