House with four double rooms and 3 bathrooms, quiet and suitable for families

Tuscany Maremma, land seafront, in a wild and untouched area portion of an historical stone farmhouse which the manor is a tower of Spanish origin and has been built on 15th century.

In the second half of 18th century a large farmhouse with stalls has been added on it.

During the 1960es the whole farmhouse has been transformed in gorgeous apartments with high ceilings and vaulting.

The original materials are still in use and well conserved and the antique wooden lintels are impressive.

Located 1.5 km from Albinia and 100 mts from the seaside of the Argentario Giannella beach with magnificent view on Tuscan archipelago, house of about 180 sqm on 2 levels divided as follows: ground floor: wide living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, veranda; first floor: 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.

The property includes front and rear side gardens for approx. 600 sqm with car parking area.
