Private backyard with heated pool & 2 spacious decks on 1st floor,2 decks on 2nd floor & very large roof deck for sunbathing/entertaining. The open floor plan is perfect for family gatherings-upstairs and downstairs. Second floor includes: master bedroom, bath, well equipped kitchen, dining area, living area and tv area. First floor includes: 2 bedrooms, bath and family room. Third floor loft can sleep two. Wireless high-speed internet on-site. Ceiling fans to enhance summer breezes upstairs and downstairs. Fifteen minute walk to Montauk Harbor, outdoor restaurants, cafes, markets, shops & fishing boats. Ten minute walk to train. Five minute drive to golf and beaches.
