Comfortable, well located 3 bedroom home abutting the Cape Cod National Seashore; 2 miles to ocean beaches, 1 mile to Great Pond. Walking distance to Duck Pond. Clean 3 bedroom with 1 full bath. Many updates including new mattresses for all 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms each with queen beds; 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds), new outside 'after-swim' shower, outdoor patio overlooking wooded backyard with a new BBQ gas grill. Kitchen includes seating for 6pp, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and a new refrigerator. Full washer/dryer in basement. Ideal for a family vacation. Accessible to miles of great mountain biking trails around the many kettle ponds of Wellfleet.
