The villa is located just three minutes walk down to the beach in the ever popular urbanisation of Marbellamar. This end of the Golden Mile is a great place to be when taking a holiday on the Costa del Sol. There is a great walkway that stretches the length of the Golden Mile and it is lined with many lovely restaurants and bars stretching from Puerto Banus to Marbella Old town. Marbella Placio de Congressos is near by where many events are held. There is a lovely marina where there are many bars which are perfect to stop for a drink in a vibrant area at sun down. The beaches of the Golden Mile are well kept and many comfortable beach bars provide plenty of sunbeds and comfortable areas to stop.

This beautiful four bed house is ideally located on the Golden Mile of Marbella just a few metres from the beach and close to the busy bars and restaurants. The house is well presented in a well kept street which leads directly down to the beach and the pool. As you enter the house from the street, the front garden is terraced with a table and chairs for four people. As you enter the house there is a large modern lounge with dining area and a beautiful galleried kitchen with a small seating area. There is also a single bedroom with an en-suite shower/wc. The lounge leads out onto a good sized private garden which has three quality sun beds plus a seating area for six together with a barbeque. Upstairs, there are three further en-suite bathrooms. Two doubles plus a twin. There is a further upper level which is closed off to guests. Parking is outside the house on the quiet road although a car is not really necessary with this property. The front garden provides an extra seating area for six people. Turning left, you find the communal tennis and padel courts which are free to use for guests. Turning right from th4e house you will reach the beautiful communal swimming with a second smaller children’s pool to the side. From here, you will also find the Golden Mile boardwalk next to the swimming pool. This leads directly onto the beaches. From here you also have access the many beach bars and restaurants that run all the way along the sea front. We highly recommend this house as an ideal property for those wishing to visit Marbella and the Costa del Sol.

Notes

  • A cot and high chair can be rented for 50 Euros for up to two weeks hire. A late arrival charge of 30 Euros is charged for arrivals as of 9pm or 50 Euros for arrivals as of midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We have a safe at our office in the port of Estepona if you prefer to pick up the keys from here at no charge. All payments however will need to be made in advance. ALL our properties with AC have a limit on the electricity bill which is included per week. If this limit is exceeded, the amount will be deducted from your security deposit. Wifi Routers are available for Hire (upon previous reservation), 2GB for 60€, 1G for 45€. Recharges are 40€ for 2GB and 25€ for 1GB. For properties, which have ADSL installed there might be a charge of 30€ per week. Where English TV is advertised, we are unable to guarantee this for all of the year 2014 , however, we will do our best to find an alternative solution when the satellites are withdrawn.
