First floor apartment with balcony and air-conditioning/heating overlooking shared swimming pool with children’s shallow end in a secure complex with allocated parking. Video entry system, electronic gates and a lift. Lounge/dining room with TV/DVD player/radio/CD/cassette player, separate kitchen with hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and bed settee in lounge. Spacious bathroom with bath/shower and shower room with basin and toilet. The apartment is fully equipped and bed linen and towels are provided. The beautiful safe sandy beach is a 4 minute walk and the centre of Alcossebre with its many tapas bars, shops and restaurants is a 15/20 minute walk. A car is recommended to discover all the beaches, inland villages, towns and picturesque scenery. The area is favoured by Spanish people for their holidays.

Alcossebre is situated in the region of the Costa del Azahar (The Orange Blossom Coast) approximately 2.5 hour drive south from Barcelona airport and 1.25 drive north from Valencia airport and a 1.5 hour drive south from Reus airport. The area is surrounded by the Sierra De Irta mountains. The hilltop towns are surrounded by almond, olive, orange, lemon and peach groves. Alcossebre is a small charming town adjoining Las Fuentes with its marina and attractive promenade. There is a Water World Park at Benicassim and Castellon is great for shopping. Port Aventura which has full sized Universal Theme Park and is an approximate 60 - 90 minute drive to the north. There are two magnificent golf courses within easy driving distance. One near Vinaros (approximately 40 minutes north of the apartment) - Panoramica Golf - an 18 hole Bernhard Langer course and one near Castellon (approximately 35 minutes south of the apartment - Mediterraneo - an 18 hole Sergio Garcia course.

  • The above weekly rentals are for 2-4 people, for 5-6 people add £ 50.00 per week. We can be flexible with changeover days if apartment is vacant. We can quote rental per day for stays of less than 7 days. For longer winter lets rental rates may be negotiable It needs to be noted that the apartment is not insulated as is common in Spain and therefore if cold in winter months the apartment can be cool.
  • There is a 20% non returnable booking deposit required to secure the apartment and balance to be paid 6 weeks before travel date. A £100.00 returnable damage/security deposit is required with final balance.

Additional information: Alcossebre is a small town adjoining Las Fuentes with its marina and attractive promenade. There are many bars, restaurants to suit all tastes and cost. The town is quiet off season and the beaches are empty. During the season there are boat trips from the marina to Columbretes (small volcanic archipeligo) available. There are also paddle boats, windsurfing, catamarans, jet skis and scuba diving available. The beaches are very clean with Blue Flags, safe swimming for the young and not so young. Drive up to El Pino and see the views of the coast Alcossebre and Las Fuentes and the countryside. Points of interest: Alcala barroque church, Castillo de Xivert, old Arab fort which overlooks the valley. Fiestas: Sant Joan (23 June) saints festivals (end of August), Moros y Christianos (end of September). In Valencia - La Tomatina Tomato Festival (end of August), Paella festival (September). Interesting trips: Morella and Tinenca de Benifassa

Flight information from UK: Fly with Easyjet from Stansted/Gatwick to Valencia approximately 1 hour by hire car/taxi. Gatwick/Stansted to Barcelona 2.5 hours by hire car (good roads) Luton/Liverpool to Barcelona Fly with Ryanair from Stansted and Liverpool to Reus approximately 1.5 hours by hire car Thomsonfly from Coventry and Jet2 from Manchester into Valencia Car Hire is reasonably priced using either international or Spanish companies. Excellent train service from Barcelona to Benicarlo, and Valencia to Castellon and Alcala de Xivert

a lovely appartment in a very nice resident. Well situated in Alcossebre, near the beach and not so far to go for a walk to the town center.

The description of this apartment correspond perfectly to the reality : comfortable, very clean,with air-conditioning/heating , You will appreciate the private swimming pool, which is well maintained.
You need five minutes to reach the beach, and will find near restaurants and shops.
We would recommend this property without any restriction.

Your apartment and the residence were very very nice ! We particulary apreciated the small size of the residence, the swimming pool, the size of the apartment, the terrace, the proximity from the beach ! Alcossebre is a beautiful little seaside resort, the temperature of the water was ideal.
The descriptions and photos given really correspond to reality.
The apartment was clean, the residence and swimming pool too.
Contact by mail with the owner serious and quick.
The service was better than what we were waiting for !!!
