Both upstairs bedrooms offer private balconies with sensational sea views.

Pool Level

Entrance to the ground floor is via a few steps up from the private parking area. The interiors are furnished with taste and style. Inside, there is an airy lounge/dining area with big patio doors, a fully equipped kitchen, a single bedroom and an additional wc/toilet.

The property is also located within walking distance to the amazing Papagayo Beach: Papagayo is a natural beach to the east of Playa Blanca and is completely protected from any development.
