This home offers 4 bedrooms,airconditioning, sunny deck, lovely back yard with screened-in Gazebo and plenty of room to unwind and enjoy Cape Cod's treasures. Close to golf, boating and restaurants. Well-situated for day trips to Woods Hole, Hyannis, and the islands of Nantucket & Martha's Vineyard.

Away from it All

When Elizabeth says "Away from it All", you can be sure she means it. Such a nice home with everything you can imagine, which means less packing!

A nice, quiet, friendly neighborhood where people say hello when passing. It takes less than a minute to walk to the beach where you can actually leave your chairs, come back, and still find them there and know that neighbors are keeping an eye on things.

It's also nice to know that the owner remembers little things like a 25th anniversary and leaves fresh flowers and wine on your arrival.

We've rented here twice and plan to go back next year. Hopefully the temps won't reach 100 degrees again.

well today was our first day back from vacation, and i miss the audorable cottage already.
i was there with my 88 yr old dad, my sister, daughter, son in law, and 2 grandchildren, along with a friend of my oldest grandaughters.
the game room was so perfect for the girls. half the time we didnt even know they were there. they stayed in the bedroom with the twin beds right off the game room. they couldnt have loved it more.
the accomodations were like nothing i have ever seen before. we have been on vacation many times over the years, and NEVER have we ever experienced accomodations like elizabeth and henry have for their guests.
if you are thinking of renting this cottage,DO IT!!! you need bring nothing but your clothes and linens. there isnt one thing that you could possibly want, that they dont have:)
everything was absolutely perfect.
we did not have the pleasure of meeting elizabeth and henry, because on the way to the cape, we were stuck in traffic, and we had to leave earlier than expected today to come home, but i trust we will be contacting them once again next year to rent.
we cannot imagine renting anywhere else, now that we have been so spoiled with this cottage.:))
when they say 5 minute walk to beach, it is literally only 5 minutes away.
what a wonderful vacation for myself and my family, and we have elizabeth and henry to thank for it.
happy summer to all!
oh, one more thing. the outside shower is like "heaven on earth":))

Another Wonderful Week!!

Our second time renting from Elizabeth & Henry, and another super-wonderful time! Our hosts couldn't be nicer and the home and area are just great. Everything you could possibly need is right there, it's a beautiful area to walk or just relax. We took advantage of the beach this year - super to just sit there and watch boats go by. If we could give 10 stars instead of 5, we would!

Our family loved our vacation in this home. The house was nice and comfortable and had everything you could possibly need for a weeklong stay. The beach was literally a 5 minute walk and although the rain prevented us from enjoying the beach every day, we did have one beautiful day and the beach was perfect. The owners were wonderful and really made us feel welcome. I would recommend this rental for everyone!

Wonderful, Peaceful Retreat

From our first meeting with Elizabeth and Henry, everything was beyond expectations. They're just super people and you truly feel at home. The deck off the kitchen became a favorite gathering place for meals and the screened room at the back was great for just sitting at night. Any info on the area we could have wanted had been provided (the schedule for the Martha's Vineyard ferry inspired a day trip). The neighborhood was so quiet and friendly and the beach was beautiful. It was a great area for walking for exercise or just down to the beach to watch the boats.
Thanks, Elizabeth and Henry, for one of the best weeks in 25+ years of coming to the Cape!
