This lovely traditional ranch is located on Beach Road less than a mile from expansive Nauset Beach, and minutes to over two-dozen restaurants and many interesting shops. The house has a fireplaced living room, a separate dining room, and a very large screened-in porch for outdoor dining and relaxing. A gas grill, an 'after-swim' shower, a basketball hoop, and a hammock are there for your enjoyment. The house is immaculate and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped. Furnishing includes 1 queen-size, 1 double and two twin-size beds.

Notes: Fans are available for every bedroom. There is a hammock in the yard strung between two trees. A basketball hoop is in the driveway. The porch is huge and is well-lit. It is screened-in with a large glass dining table. There is also a gas grill and a private hot/cold outdoor shower for your use. The property has many blueberry bushes which in July will produce abundant fruit for your morning pancakes!
