Apartment 3 Bedrooms / 6 people very close to the beach

The apartment is decorated in a modern style and is ready to accommodate up to 6 people. It has a full kitchen with oven, hob, washing machine, refrigerator and microwave. The living room is large, as seen in the photos, where there is also a small balcony. It has a shower room, and two bedrooms on the first floor with large double beds and wardrobes. Climbing the stairs to the second floor there is another bedroom with two single beds, with the option of putting another small bed for children. The apartment is a second floor with elevator. It also has a place in a private garage and a bicycle storage room or for others belongings.

The apartment is situated only about 5 km from the Murcia - San Javier Airport, less than 10 minutes by car. The apartment is located less than 200 meters from the beach of the Mar Menor Mirror, waveless beach which is ideal for a leisurely swim or water sports. In the surroundings of the beach there are plenty of bars and leisure to sit and enjoy the sun while taking a drink or an ice cream. Near the floor there is also a supermarket to stock without using car. In the village there are many good pizza restaurants and traditional restaurants that we would like to recommend you if you stay in our apartment.
