This condominium (Number 122 on the map)is located just a few steps from our incredible white, sandy beach! The beach can be seen from the window, the clear blue/green waters of the Emerald Coast are so near bye. This is the ideal location for your relaxing vacation, away from the strain and bustle of the hot city.
April and May is a perfect time for an uncrowded beach, sunshine and good weather after the cold winter!
It is a wonderful family vacation in the SUMMER.
This apartment is complete in itself, 2 stories (the bedrooms are upstairs), just like living in your own home. Comfortable and cozy in the warm winter, and so close to the water in the SUMMER.

This was a great condo. Right by the beach and the pool. It was clean and had everything we needed. Ilse was a pleasure to work with. Hope to be return tenants. We had 6 adults and one toddler and our dog Bud and had plenty of room!Thanks again. June 7th-14
This property was exactly as depicted, it was clean and well maintained with a great location. Ilse was a pleasure to work with and easy to contact. It was very close to the beach with easy access and a shower at the gazebo for rinsing off sand. We only had 4 adults, so there was plenty of space and privacy for a relaxing week.
Our son and new daughter-in-law were married at a house in the neighboring Dunes of Destin subdivision, and our location could not have been better for celebrating this happy event. A short walk down the beach (about a block) and we were in their back yard. As we prepared some of the food for the wedding and rehearsal dinner, I can definitely say that the kitchen was very well equipped with appliances and utensils. The subdivision was well maintained and parking was very convenient, since we had family and friends staying nearby, there was ample extra parking for our visitors throughout the week. I would definitely stay again, or recommend to anyone.
Six adults stayed in this condo over the 4th of July. Being practically on the beach was great and being in the corner unit was quiet and private. We had plenty of room and were very comfortable the whole week. There are plenty of places to eat and shop so you won't run out of restaurants to try. We had a great time and working with Ilse was great! Would definitely recommend to others!
I stayed at this condo over the Memorial Day holiday. It was very clean and provided everything that we needed. It even had beach toys for us to use on the beach! Its located right by Big Kahuna waterpark so any shopping or places to eat are close by. Its also steps away from the beach which was very nice. It has plenty of places to sleep so it can fit a big family comfortably. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone. The owner was very nice and she responded quickly to any questions I had.
This is our fifth time to stay at Southbay and third time to stay in #122. You can't get any closer to the beach for the price and be so close to all the restaurants and shops of mid-Destin. This time it was 6 plus a baby and it fit our needs just right. Beds are comfy, had all the cooking utensils, etc. that we needed. Overall good stay for the third time in #122. Ilse (owner) is great to work with as always.
Many thanks to the owners for sharing their condo with us this summer. We had a wonderful week there. The condo was a very short walk to the Gulf.It was great being able to walk back for lunch or a nap. The location is perfect. The grocery,restaurants and attractions are very close. This was our second stay here and plan on returning again.

A 50% deposit is required within 10 days of original request. Upon receipt a confirmation will be sent out with the contract. At this point a damage deposit of $ 200 will be required. It will be returned approximately 2 weeks after checking out if there is no damage or anything missing in the condo.
Down payment of 50% of total, plus security deposit of $ 200 at time or reservation.
Acknowledging of "Rules and Rental Contract".
Final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
