Platzia Beach Villa is situated in a complex of 5 independent luxyry beach villas - a family owned business - just 20 metres from the coast with unobstructable views of the sea, where you can savour the mesmerizing sunsets in complete privacy. It is a luxury newly built villa near to the baths of Aphrodite and the Akamas peninsula. To Paphos Town and to the fantastic sandy beach of Coral Bay it takes approximately 5 minutes drive. There is help and advice when needed, friendship and local hospitality which are still a way of life.

The master bedroom is situated on the ground floor facing the sea with a large bathroom. Elegant bars separate the kitchen and hall from the lounge areas

The lounge is a comfortably furnished and equipped with a satellite TV, CD player and radio. The fitted kitchen has kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, electric oven and an electric plated stove, microwave, full set of crockery. The two bedrooms on the first floor are both en suite with large balcony to enjoy the view, table and chairs.

The barbeque (gazebo) areas have a table and chairs. The pool is 9 m x 4,5 m and surrounded by sun beds, umbrellas, there is also an out door shower.

Welcome Pack: water, milk, red&white wine, juice, bread, eggs, corn flakes, eggs, fruits, butter, marmalade, sugar, tea, coffee, powder for dishwasher and washing machine.

Paphos is a delightful place to holiday, a place where you can relax and unwind. You will enjoy the easygoing pace of life and marvel at the Paphos' natural beauty. The Akamas peninsula is just a short drive to the west and abounds with wildlife and plants, some of which are endemic to the region.

The villa is located near the fantastic beach at Coral Bay and the residential area of Kisonerga, which is one of the most picturesque villages in the Paphos district. To Kato Paphos and Paphos Town or Coral Bay it takes approximately seven minutes by car or by bus and the bus stop is short walk away from the project

Paphos is a suitable place for the sports' admirers, with activities including Water Park, golf, tennis, horse riding, go carting, water sports (wind surfing, jet skiing), bowling and much more. For persons who prefer more relaxing activities, can either enjoy the spa facilities (thalassotherapy).

FABULOUS HOLIDAY !!!!! July 2009

Stayed in the villa Akraia for the first week of our holiday, villa was clean, well presented, pool area was lovely, views a little limited but still great from the side of villa. second week we spent in Villa Afrogeneia, this villa was everything we wanted, clean, beautifully presented with stunning sea views from the balconies and pool area, lovely gardens tended daily, pool was also kept immaculate daily. Fresh flowers were a lovely welcome in the living area. Michael made us feel so welcome on arrival and during our stay, my husband regularly went for a chat in the office enjoying a coffee or a beer depending on the time of day. We couldn't have asked for a more pleasant, relaxing, inviting place to stay for our holiday. The villas are situated perfectly too, within minutes of local supermarkets, shops, bars & restaraunts. A perfect holiday for our family, so much so that we are returning again to Villa Afrogeneia again this year, (it's booked) yay... Many thanks to Michael for everything. I would have no hesitation in recommending Platzia Villas to anyone, Couples, families, retired people. There is something for everyone. Very slight downside, the tv selection was a little limited, for families maybe a bit more variation would be useful. But all in all a fabulous place to stay.

we stayed at Platzia Villas for 6 weeks and really enjoyed our stay there, the villas have three bedrooms with plenty of room, two upstairs with also a bathroom upstairs, another double roomdownstairs which also has a bathroom, so plenty of space for everyone, the loung and dinning room are together giving again a feeling of space, the outside of the villa had a nice pool and lawned area and also a barbaque and shaded areas, so it is nice for eating out and sitting out in the warm evenings. The sea is almost at the bottom of the garden, although there isn't a beach there it is nice to look at the sea from the villas. Overall it was everything we wantedfor a long stay.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Paphos at its best

It was a little late in the season, so the pool was on the cool side and TV reception was somewhat limited but this was a lovely position and an excellent villa, close to good supermarket facilities and not far from bars, restaurants, clubs., etc - yet quiet and peaceful - the beach was not really suitable for bathing but that was not a problem, in that about 10 mins drive away was a lovely beach and all the resturants, bars.,etc that you could wish for - no 'yobs', no 'druggies', no problems - all in all, good value and very good, pleasant accommodation and location - a vehicle is essential but you will not be very far from a thriving 'seaside' town - BBQ and poolside facilities quite acceptable and the staff help and support are of a high standard - essentially, good location, quiet, lovely sea views and only a few minutes drive from beach, bars, etc., with quite acceptable self-catering facilities - would recommend to most, if not all
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
