Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

PLEASE NOTE: Guest are required to bring their own linens and towels; the Yardarm will be turned over to guests in clean/neat condition; upon departure guests are expected to leave the villa in condition they received it. Cleaning service is available at reasonable price.

Deposit of 1/4 required upon booking. The balance is due in equal payments over the period before occupancy. The final payment is due in cash or certified check on the day tenant takes over the Yardarm.
$750 reimbursable security/cleaning deposit is required. -
Check-in time: 3:00 PM; Check-out time: 11:00 AM
CANCELLATION POLICY: Amount paid to landlord will be refunded minus a $300- cancellation fee if renter informs landlord of desire to cancel at least six weeks prior to the rental period, and the landlord is able to find another tenant for that particular period.

Lower Level:: A bedroom with twin beds; bathroom with shower; large family room with a queen size sleep sofa which also can serve as a bedroom; family/bedroom also has a wet bar and gas burning Jotul stove; scenic, panoramic view of the beach, bay and Provincetown in the distance from floor to ceiling windows in each room; covered paved patio with appropriate furniture off of first level rooms.
Main Level:: A bedroom with a queen size bed; bathroom with shower; state-of-the-art stainless steel kitchen with jenn air stove, dishwasher, microwave, disposal, and wine cooler; combination living/dining (great room) with wood burning fireplace; floor to ceiling windows and doors for spectacular ocean views; covered porch off of great room.
Top Level:: A master bedroom suite with king-size bed; bath with jacuzzi overlooking bay, ocean and beach and an oversized shower; gas burning fireplace; balcony off of master bedroom suite; another room which serves as a study/computer room; separate entrances from both bedroom and study/computer room to the toilet. Also, a laundry room with W/D located in a separate room on this floor.
