One bedroom condo in a small private compound that is 3/10 mile walk to ocean and has an in-ground pool. It is tastefully decorated, spotless, and quiet with cathedral ceilings; living room with ceiling fan; bedroom with firm, queen size bed and AC; fully equipped kitchen with dining area; slider to patio with gas grill, umbrella table, and chairs; and is beautifully landscaped. It is centrally located between Hyannis and Provincetown and near great restaurants, golf , and a new 26 mile bike path. In addition there are activities for a wide range of interests for children and adults that include fresh and salt water beaches for swimming, sunbathing, and fishing; playgrounds, go-carts, bumper boats, and athletic complexes; whale watching and other tours; flea markets and various arts and crafts fairs; cape cod leage baseball; zoo quarium; Dennis Playhouse, Monomoy Theater, and the Melody Tent; and shopping at the Cape Cod Mall or in one of the quaint art or antique shops.

Further details for this vacation condo rental in West Dennis, Massachusetts

Anyone looking for a restful vacation with access to a private pool, or short walk to the ocean, then our place is for you. We have been renting for 23 years and have always been booked for the season, July and August. Many of the same people return every summer because they appreciate the privacy, how beautifully it is landscaped, and our price is much lower than the surrounding rental places. Many weeks are already gone but there are still weeks left. Hope to see you this summer. Marcia

We really enjoyed our stay at this cottage. The kitchen was well stocked, there was a good bbq and a nice patio to have breakfast on. The cottage was very clean, but the bed was a little hard. The pool was beautiful and we used it a lot even though the ocean was very close. We would stay there again for sure. We also really liked our hosts, they were very helpful and accomadating. The location was also excellent, right in the middle of Cape Cod, so not too far from anything. Brenda
