Newly appointed open plan spacious home with King master bedroom opens onto south facing pool deck within lanaii and has ensuite bathroom with two sinks, large bath and walk-in shower with separate toilet and flat screen tv. The second bedroom with Queen size bed and small wall mounted tv, third bedroom with twin beds, small tv and adjacent bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and sink.
In just under 2,000 sq ft the bright and sunny, open plan home features modern kitchen with all up to date appliances, glass top stove, 'fridge freezer with ice dispenser, dishwasher, smart microwave and breakfast bar with stools. The breakfast nook has table and stools and overlooks the pool deck. The living area with flat screen TV and cable service with three 8' patio windows opens to the pool area with sun loungers, dining table and barbecue area. The pool is heated with solar and electric heater on request. The dining area seats six for more formal dining.
WiFi is included along with all utilities, the study is an excellent place to sit quietly and read or just browse the web and check emails.
The laundry room has washing machine and tumble dryer and personal door to the double garage with electric up and over door.
Anna Maria Island with miles of white sandy beaches is just a short 10 minute drive with Sarasota beaches just 1/2 an hour. Restaurants and shops within walking distance.
The tennis court is just a short 5 minute walk and is for the exclusive use of the Glenn Lakes community. For the more serious tennis players we are situated one mile from the World famous Bollettieri Tennis Academy where you can train with champions alongside Wimbledon champions! Golf courses abound in the area and most are accessible to the public at reasonable rates.
We moved to the US from Sussex in 1996 and opened a business in Bradenton in 198. This was our first home that we owned in the US but when our son moved to the States and we found another house in Bradenton. He and his wife lived there for three years and have now purchased their own home. We love this house and our happy memories there and do not want to sell it as we may move back in for our retirement. In the meantime we have redecorated and furnished in the hope that others will enjoy their holidays in this happy home.

We travelled the whole of Florida before deciding to settle in Bradenton. We love the lack of high rise builings in this area, the close proximity to the beach and the shops and restaurants of Bradenton and Sarasota.
The house is bright and sunny inside and out. The hall flows into the living area and the kitchen is open to the rest of the family with a friendly counter top bar enabling casual involvement by the chef! The master bedroom opens to the pool and has a large bathroom and 'his and hers' closets. The other bedrooms are at the opposite end of the house - a more private layout.
This was our eighth holiday in Bradenton and our first to this property.
The interior is well equipped and as others have commented the master bed is comfortable. Although the description claims there are televisions in each bedroom those in bedrooms two and three are very small and wall mounted at virtually ceiling height making viewing difficult.
We were very disappointed with the pool/lanai. The site isn't really wide enough to house both a pool and a sun bathing area. Consequently you have a very narrow pool and once the loungers are positioned to take advantage of the sun very little space to walk along the poolside. The pool is described as south facing but the close proximity of other property and a mature hedge combined with the low winter sun did reduce the hours of usable sunlight.
As usual the villa was immaculate a credit to Deborah and Chris.
This is our third visit, can't keep away, the house has everything you need and Deborah is very attentive to detail, she left a light on as we were arriving in the dark, very thoughtful. We had a cold snap while we were there,Deborah e mail to remind us to put the heating on, which we did, but as usual with Florida weather it didn't last long and we were back to warm sunshine in no time.
We visited the new Mall at University Parkway, lots of lovely shops and eateries, many more stores opening in the next few weeks.
Made good use of the local restaurants, we found the Stonewood Grill on Cortez had closed which was a surprise, we did our grocery shop at Publix but a good place to try is the Chop Shop on Manatee, it sells lovely meat and fish and all manner of sauces etc. good for a treat.
We have already booked for next year, this lovely house is becoming home from home.
We booked this villa for a 3 week vacation, having visited Florida numerous times over the last 20 years and can honestly say it was the best rental villa we have ever stayed in those 20 years. It was immaculately presented with lots of extras that made it feel home from home.
Perfectly situated for restaurants, shopping and local beaches.All within easy reach of the villa.
Dealing with Deb and Chris was a pleasure, nothing was to much trouble and they were so helpful, especially as we had a 23 hour delay on our flight home.
We will definitely be renting this home again.

This is a lovely spacious very clean and well equipped villa, all you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday.
We had a fantastic 2 weeks the pool was well used, we had 90+ degrees temperatures the whole time.
Anna Maria Island has some wonderful beaches, very safe also many bars and restaurants, for a breakfast treat try the French Creperie on Bridge St, also the Sandbar is lovely for an evening meal. We also liked Applebee's, The Olive Garden and Carrabas Barnicle Bills on the 41 just past University parkway is a bit more expensive but good food.. The BBQ was well used, the steaks from Publix are mouth watering, we used the store for our grocery shopping, clean and well stocked.
Ellenton outlet mall is a must visit, many great bargains to be had.
Deborah was very attentive, e mailing to ask if all was well, it was nice to know she was only an e mail or phone call away if we needed her.
Nice to have free Wi Fi very easy to connect and reliable.
We have been to this villa before and are returning later in the year, like home from home.

We found the house very bright, open and had everything for our stay. The kitchen was well equipped and it was easy to prepare for whatever dining area we chose.
The master bedroom was HUGE. We loved having 2 closets for our clothes and the master bath was spacious. The mattress on the bed was incredibly comfortable. Loved the convenience of the garage for our vehicle, very spacious.
The owner, Deborah was great with any questions that we had about the house or the surroundings of the area, as this was our first time in the Bradenton area. We soon learned the shortcut by taking the 75 to the Cortez Bridge to Anna Maria Beach. The beaches there were great, especially Coquina Beach.
We would love to return to this house in the future.
What a lovely vacation home! Deborah knew that we were flying overnight and made it possible for us to get in earlier. The home was very clean, bright and well equipped from paper products, condiments, kitchen cutlery and utensils, to swimming pool toys, paperback novels and DVD's. We enjoyed the pool tremendously. The home is in a nice neighborhood, very close to great restaurants and Anna Maria Island. Thank you Deborah for a great stay! Our family really enjoyed our vacation.
Bradenton Beach and Anna Maria Island with beautiful white sandy beaches and crystal clear water is only 10 minutes drive. The house is just two hours from Orlando and parks. Enjoy the beach and restaurants, swim in the warm water of the Gulf of Mexico and explore the many islands along the East coast of Florida. Longboat Key and Siesta Key are 10 minutes and 25 minutes respectively. St. Armand's Circle and white sand beaches for shopping, relaxing, eating and then a stroll on the beach is just 20 minutes' drive.
IMG world renowned for sporting activities, tennis coaching with Nick Bollettieri and staff is just a short walk of 10 minutes. Glenn Lakes has it's own tennis court especially for residents' use.
Publix grocery shop is only two minutes by car with Outback Restaurant and Applebee's just 10 minutes' walk from the house.
Diving, snorkelling, swimming, waverunners and parasailing all available at the beach just 10 minutes' drive down Cortez Road.

Rates include all state and local taxes, utilities and WiFi. We recommend additional pool heating in winter November to end of April at an additional US$95/60 gbp per week as solar, which is free, doesn't guarantee temp. at this time.
Deposit to hold the reservation and balance due eight (8) weeks prior to visit.
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (GBP) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
