Welcome to WYOLA - originally built as the carriage barn to the main house on the cliffs. Siituated high on Nubble ledges, iIt's now a wonderful place to spend a memorable vacation. Circa 1895 'cottage' retains many original details while incorporating subtle 20th & 21st century improvements. 2nd floor has living, dining, kitchen, sun porch and covered porch areas, and full bath. Three bedrooms, 1/2 bath and east facing balcony on the 3rd floor. Add'l 500sq ft suite with full bath/wet bar on 1st fl. for groups 8. Tastefully & comfortably furnished Well equipped & modernized kitchen with breakfast bar. Ocean access to private 'SEA BEACH' for swimming, fishing, exploring & relaxing on the rocks. Ocean views from every room. Covered porch & balcony; great places to see sunrise, Boon Island Lighthouse & the Nubble Light beacon. 10-15 minute walk to Short Sands & Long Sands beaches. Steps away-Brown's Ice Cream & Sohier Park, home to the famous Nubble Lighthouse
