The house, ideally suited for 4 guests( possibility of a 5th bed in the lounge), has its own private pool and fenced in garden.

The bungalow (classed as a 3 star gite in 2012) consists of:

- A living room with television, and dining area;

- A separate kitchen equipped with dishwasher,refrigerator,oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine....

- One bedroom with a double bed and built in cupboards

- One bedroom with two single beds and built in cupboards

- Shower room

- Separate toilet

Although the kitchen and the living room have dining tables, its more than likely outside, on the shaded terrace with a lovely view across the fields to the medieval town of Saint-Cyprien, that you will enjoy your meals. The swimming pool, 8m x 4m, is secured by a fence, and has sun loungers and parasols for your comfort. But you may prefer to swim in the Dordogne river, just across the lane.
