This four bedroom, one storey Villa has a an open plan living area with a large fully equipped kitchen including a large fridge/freezer, oven, grill, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and electric kettle. You will find all the crockery and cutlery to prepare a lunch time snack or a family evening meal. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar with seating for two people and adjoining the kitchen the dining area with a large table and chairs seats another six guests. The large lounge offers comfortable seating for up to 8 guests, a 42” LCD TV and a DVD player. There is also a separate children’s living room with a Queen size sofa bed, a TV and DVD and a Wii console to keep the kids (and adults) entertained.

The large double garage has been converted in to a games room and has a pool table, electronic darts and a fossball table.

The Master bedroom has a Queen size bed, cable TV and DVD player, a large wardrobe and an en-suite with bath and a separate shower. The bedroom also has access to the pool area. The second Master bedroom again has a Queen size bed, cable TV, large wardrobe, an en-suite shower room and access to the pool area. The two further twin bedrooms both are themed. Bedroom three is a Toy Story theme and bedroom four is a Tinker-bell theme and these bedrooms share a family bathroom.

The South facing pool has a spa and an extended deck area enjoys the Sunshire throughout the day. The deck has a table, chairs, loungers and umbrellas provided to relax at after a hard day at the parks.

The home is fully air conditioned, has Wi-Fi and includes a high chair, cot, stroller and car seat.
