This luxurious 3 BEACHFRONT villa-condo is located inside the grounds of the Grand Wyndham Rio Mar Beach Resort (former Westin Resort), just about 30 feet away from the beach, and about 50 feet away from the main hotel building. The villas were designed by the famous architects of Sierra Cardona Ferrer, and are exquisitely appointed with fine furnishings designed with comfort and sophistication in mind. The villas offer spacious living and dining areas, fully equipped kitchens with granite counter-tops, terra-cotta tile floors, crown moldings and entertainment center with AM/FM stereo, CD player, 27' TV with cable and DVD player. Two of the bedrooms boast a luxurious heavenly king-size bed, while the third bedroom has two heavenly double-size beds. All beds have pillow-top mattress and comfy duvets. Recreational activities are endless. The villas are in front of the beach and also offer 3 pools, plus access to all the activities of the 500 acre Grand Wyndham Rio Mar Resort

There are also many highlights nearby to explore including the waterfalls and the hiking trails of El Yunque Forest, horseback riding on the mountains and/or beach, Bioluminescent Bay night kayak trips, catamaran snorkeling excursion, Old San Juan tours, and deep sea fishing to name a few!

European-style cabinets adorn the designer kitchen graced with granite countertops and appliances, including refrigerator, electric range with oven, coffeemaker and microwave. The kitchen is fully equipped with dinnerware, flatware and cookware. Guests will spend a great deal of time on the furnished oceanfront balconies offering spectacular views of the sea. The villas have three beachfront pools, baby pool, adults lap pool, and a infinity pool with a shallow edge which is great for children. The villas complex also have a gourmet restaurant and bar. The Ocean Villas grounds have beautiful lush tropical gardens.
