Quintinha da Verdizela, completely remodeled in 2012 by architects, and situated in the countryside, with 2500m2 of beautifully landscaped gardens and recreational areas estimated for all tastes. The Villa, surrounded on 3 sides by pine and eucalyptus, is demarcated with fences and walls that allow a private setting, lived in complete safety. Your children and /or your pet are perfectly safe inside your new home.
The Villa was especially designed for sport lovers, allowing you to enjoy during your stay at the gym excellently equipped with a splendid view over the garden.
Use it alone or in group, the wall of tennis or basketball, win a game of beach football in your private field, or merely enjoy the pleasure of a lounger by the pool.
You will especially enjoy the silence, only interrupted by the frogs, constant inhabitants of the lake at the front entrance and will also be able to enjoy the feel and smell of eucalyptus and pine. The Quintinha da Verdizela is a guarantee to delight your 5 senses!
Whether it is summer or winter, travelers will be welcomed with jacuzzi sundance for 4, sauna for 2 in master suite, living room with 50 inch TV + 140-inch giant screen and a fantastic surround sound. Take the opportunity to see a movie like at ta cinema room, or sing karaoke with your family or friends (we have a mixing console, computer and microphone) or enjoy the games room near the indoor/outdoor pool.
Everything has been thought of for your comfort and the word VACATION! It has a living room with comfortable space for everyone, with giant screen and various games for adults and children, DVDs, CDs, high-quality surround sound and a look of peace abroad through our magnificent garden.
The Villa can accommodate up to 6 adults + 4 children or adolescents in 3 suites with large closets space, private WC + 3 toilets (all with shower), a master suite with walk-in shower large, fireplace and sauna for two.
The suites with beautiful views over the garden and surrounding nature, are equipped with:
1st floor master suite (35m2) - Super King size bed or 2 single beds separated
Suite 1st floor (20m2) - Double bed King size
