SEPTEMBER and OCTOBER DATES STILL AVAILABLE. NOW ACCEPTING RESERVATIONS FOR SUMMER 2010. Built in 1999, this main floor condo has 2 Bedrooms (both with queen size beds) and 2 Baths. Located just east of town center and walkable to everything. Amenities include: fully furnished living & dining rooms (Pottery Barn like decor); fully stocked kitchen; linens & towels; cable TV; stereo; CD player; VCR; DVD player; in-unit washer & dryer; parking for 2 cars; red brick patio with furniture & a gas grill.

Nearest Airport: Provincetown Municipal Airport at 2 Miles
Car: not necessary
Located on the near east-end, just east of town center. It's an easy walk back and forth along Commercial Street to all of Ptown's shops, bars and restaurants. Art galleries and many fine restaurants are just around the corner. Several small & convenient grocery & liquor stores are nearby. If you arrive by ferry, you can walk to the condo with wheeled luggage. Otherwise, we can parking for two cars in our driveway.

Our Pet Policy: We love pets. We think our own dog is the greatest. Her name is Riley and she is a yellow lab / golden retriever mix. She loves life and makes us laugh everyday. But unfortunately we cannot allow pets in the condo. We know this disappoints many pet lovers, but we have to consider all aspects....our neighbors, barking noise, destruction and the possible allergic reaction of other guests. We hope you understand.

Fantastic stay in Ptown

Our stay at this condo was wonderful. The owners were accessible via email for the process of setting the lease, etc. They have truly thought of everything and it was 100% furnished. We had two different groups of friends over for dinner and found everything we needed to prepare a fabulous meal. The space is immaculate and more than adequate for my partner and I and our single friend. The walk to Commercial Street and the west end is not bad (we made it several times a day) and the quieter seclusion at night is priceless. We definitely hope to stay here again.
