A charming petite romantic getaway for a couple, however, there is a little room for company - in addition to sleeping loft there is a full-size Murphy bed on ground floor. Fully-equipped eat-in kitchen. Three minutes to Provincetown, right on the shuttle line, save on gas and parking fees, ride the shuttle. This quiet cottage is on Shore Road , scenic Rt. 6A, in North Truro. Choice from warm bay beaches or Atlantic open water National Seashore beaches, less than 1/2 mile away. Pets are permitted - please ask owner specifically.--Spring and Fall are a wonderful time to explore the Cape, no crowds, comfortable weather, great sales in all of P-Town's shops, vibrant sunsets, exciting fishing, world-class restaurants, discover the quiet time at the Cape!

Notes: 2 full showers-- indoor shower-- and outdoor 'after-swim' shower Picnic table with umbrella. Very cute and quiet spot. Get away from it all in sleeping loft reached by a ladder, cozy w double bed . Cottage can only handle only 2 couples max. using Murphy bed and sleeping loft. We are located far off the street under a grove of pine trees with woods around the cottage, very quiet. Safe and convenient private off street parking close to cottage.

Comfortable convient location : New garden plantings, Comfortable and cozy decor--shuttle to Provincetown and most area Cape towns, stops out front of cottage compound, save gas and parking fees with the shuttle, for dining in Provincetown or exploring other Cape towns, all with their own identity ! Also Highland Light Golf Course a mile away with views of ocean and 50 foot sand dune cliffs-- gorgeous background for a historically significant golf course--worth a round--golf fees and cart fees available at your expense-- reasonable rates.

Indian summer and spring renters : Indian Summer ( Oct.) and a quiet May are great for relaxing and recharging your batteries !! The ocean's salty air and crisp breezes, sunsets and sunrises are unique, after all you are over 40 miles out in the Atlantic ocean ! Camera buffs, the lighting here is unique for photographers and artists or aspiring-relaxing tourists--our location--at the wrist of cape cod-- North Truro! You need to be here for a romantic Spring get away!

While you are surfing on the web, check out our website below. We own an antique shop and used bookshop in Connecticut and some of our 'treasures' have escaped to the Cape and are decorating our Cape Cottage. We always have on hand for our guests plenty of books to enjoy. You are welcome to take any of the paperback books to the beach.

The cottage is in a great location, away from the hustle and bustle of PTown but a short car or shuttle trip in. It's quiet, safe and a perfect spot between Rte. 6A and Rte. 6 with the shuttle stop right in front of the cottage complex. The beaches and grocery stores are a quick car or easy bike ride away. From whale watches to vineyard tastings to lazy days at the beach, this cottage is in the best spot to do whatever you enjoy.

I would recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a week or weekend away, such as a couple or small group of friends. The amenities and location provide anyone with a feeling of home and convenience.

I stayed for two weeks during the dog days of summer and it was nice. The full fridge, oven and stovetop, breakfast nook, cable, indoor and outdoor shower and the very comfy Murphy bed made it a home away from home. The cottage owner provided thorough information and were only a phone call away. Also, the other cottages owners were helpful and friendly.

I loved waking up, eating breakfast outside, packing a lunch, relaxing at one of the great beaches (Long Nook was my favorite!), showering outside and then heading into Ptown for dinner, shopping and entertainment. I can't wait to go back!

Lovely cape cottage

This is a great place to stay, it's all you need for your beach vacation. Very clean and in a quiet location. We instantly felt at home and can't wait to come back. We wish that the kitty in the photo came with the rental, otherwise all the amenities were there.

Great place,

Me and my wife spent a week in this cottage, it helped us reunite after a year apart. The cottage has everything you may possibly need from DVDs to electric food mixer.

Great location, walk to the beach, wonderful flowers, outside shower, etc.

Thank you very much for one of the best vocations of my life!
Owner's Response: We strive to make our cottage a romantic little hideaway with special attention to the little things. From the gardens to the decor, to the fully equipped kitchen, to books and movies, we want our couples to leave with special memories, of long walks on the beach, candlelit dinners in the area's finest restaurants or a special romantic meal prepared in the cottage and a quiet comfortable place to hide away and unwind at the end of the day.
