This apartment is available for 30 days or more and it is not a vacation rental. The apartment is also available long term or for those who are relocating, remodeling their residence, repairs, or need long term housing for any purpose other than vacation purposes.

Please note the city of Santa Monica prohibits the use of this apartment for short term vacation purposes or if you already have full time housing somewhere else.

If you intend to vacation in the City of Santa Monica, you are encouraged to stay at a Hotel or make other arrangements.

The City of Santa Monica will send a code compliance inspector to inspect the apartment to inquire and verify as to the purpose of your stay.

We were so pleased with this delightful one-bedroom apartment in a nice neighborhood so close to great shopping. It is located easily near West LA, Westwood/UCLA and the ocean. You quickly learn the parking tricks. We look forward to our next visit and exploring some of the shops we missed.

We stayed in the condo for 4 nights. The location is perfect. The condo is very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. I would highly recomend it and look forward to staying there again.

Tomorrow morning we will be departing around7/am. The stay at #3 1017 Euclid has certainly exceed expectations.
Your prompt and professional assistance has been a
important part of an exceptional stay. The garden improvements are a small token of our appreciation.
The cleaning crew have offered to provide necessary watering to the annuals (primrose).
Thank you again for a special visit to Santa Monica....

Very charming and smart apartment in great neighborhood where one can walk around. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Great restaurants and shopping facilities, but the apartment in itself is very quiet.
