Please note the city of Santa Monica prohibits the use of this apartment for short term vacation purposes or if you already have full time housing somewhere else.
If you intend to vacation in the City of Santa Monica, you are encouraged to stay at a Hotel or make other arrangements.
The City of Santa Monica will send a code compliance inspector to inspect the apartment to inquire and verify as to the purpose of your stay.

The cleaning crew have offered to provide necessary watering to the annuals (primrose).

We were so pleased with this delightful one-bedroom apartment in a nice neighborhood so close to great shopping. It is located easily near West LA, Westwood/UCLA and the ocean. You quickly learn the parking tricks. We look forward to our next visit and exploring some of the shops we missed.
We stayed in the condo for 4 nights. The location is perfect. The condo is very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. I would highly recomend it and look forward to staying there again.
Very charming and smart apartment in great neighborhood where one can walk around. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Great restaurants and shopping facilities, but the apartment in itself is very quiet.
Stayed here 2/10-9/10 and had a fantastic stay. A lovely, clean apartment in a nice neighbourhood. 15 mins walk max to 3rd street promenade. Great facilities, and VERY comfortable bed!!
Will certainly stay at this property when returning to Santa Monica (which is a lovely place to stay).
Don't waste money on overpriced hotels - this is definitely the way to holiday.
We had an excellent stay for three days in May. Santa Monica's attractions are within walking distance, and those of LA only a short drive away. The photos on the ad don't do the apartment justice: it's bigger than it looks, and very well appointed. Miles better than staying in a hotel. We'd come back frequently (if it wasn't 7,000 miles away...)
