No Parties are allowed on the property. Elegantly furnished with 1920's old oak furniture and old oriental rugs. Victorian living room with cobblestone fireplace. Incredible oceanfront unique location adjacent to Pebble Beach. 1895 Cobblestone Victorian oceanfront home. Unique, large front and side yard facing Atlantic Ocean. Beautiful wrap-around porches facing Atlantic Ocean and Pebble Beach. Beautiful large sunroom facing Atlantic Ocean. 3 floor, living space with 4 skylights on top floor. Big screen Sony 57 inch projection TV. Historical atmosphere in home. Former summer house of the Chase and Sanborn coffee family in 1895. Many seagulls around the house and in front of the big Granite rocks in the ocean. House was featured in the National Monthly magazine 'The Old House Journal'. It was in the front page of the 1988 issue. Probably the most popular home in Rockport due to its unique architecture and location. Greek statues are located in the gardens.

The location is awesome with a gorgeous view. The furnishings are OLD oak furniture with OLD oriental rugs. The beds were newer and comfortable. The bathrooms were old but OK. There were many, many notes from the owner on what and what NOT to do. We did have 18 people and all found a place to sleep which does have to include the TV room. We had a great time with four families all staying together for a very reasonable price. The most difficult part was dealing with the owner's rules and regulations. I would recommend this for a family reunion. It was more "funky-beach house" than Elegant Victorian. We preferred the funky anyway.
