Beautifully decorated and landscaped home with 2 full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms all with TV's and VCR's, a DVD player is located in the living area, very private deck, out side shower, 2 story high living space perfect for entertaining, air conditioning, parking for 3 cars. Pets are possible with prior permission

A Great Summer Getaway

I have rented this home several times over the past few years, and keep coming back because the house has all the comforts we need in a great location--it is a short and pretty walk to town, it is an easy bike ride to the beach, and it is in a private and quiet neighborhood --the house and many of its neighbors have really gorgeous landscaping that make a walk anywhere even more picture perfect.

We have entertained at the house while staying there, having as many as 12 over for drinks/dinner. The back deck is a great place to start with cocktails, then the large dining/living room, with views of the Pilgrims Monument, make for a really comfortable place to dine and enjoy conversations. There is nautical art everywhere, which adds to the feeling of being on the Cape, and the stereo system is wired both inside and out on the deck, making for great music all around, should you want that...

This house has all the Cape Cod charm we like when visiting Provincetown plus convenience and location-you can't go wrong staying here.

We found a great house to spend our vacation. It was beautifully decorated and well kept. We had the best of both worlds, the house was a short walk to town and a short bike ride to the beach. We loved the large private deck and the privacy of the neighborhood. I've never slept better. The 2 story living rm, dining rm & kitchen was just a great space to entertain in. We love to kayak and there are a couple of nearby places to launch from. We're definitely coming back!
