Additional information about rental rates

  • $1500/month plus utilities Sept 16, 2009-May 31, 2010
  • Add $100/month for pets.
  • A deposit of $1,000 secures a one-month rental. The deposit automatically converts into a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is not applied toward the rent but is refundable in full upon my receipt of the long-distance phone bill covering your stay. For academic semester or year rentals, one month rent is due in advance.

    An advance payment of 50% of the rent is due 60 days in advance of arrival. Balance of rent is due 30 days before arrival.

    Cancellations made one hundred and twenty (120) days prior to check-in will incur no penalty. Cancellation thereafter or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
