Description of the Mount Snow vacation chalet rental
Vacation in the mountains of Southern Vermont - Stay in our Creekside Chalet - 'The Hayloft'. Located on a quiet dead end street on the way to Mount Snow from Wilmington, Vermont. 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, can sleep 10-12 in 4 rooms, fully equipped galley kitchen opens to living room with woodstove. Mudroom with washer and dryer. Shed and Pond on property. Fire Pit in side yard. Grill and Table on Deck. Level off street parking for 4 to 5 cars. A great Place to Get Together and Have Fun! Hiking from your doorstep, Mountain biking at Mount Snow, Bromley Mountain thrill zone(water park) just a short ride away. Covered bridges, Maple Sugar, Wine Tasting all nearby. Boat rentals 3 miles away on Whitingham Lake. Great for a romantic getaway, 3 Couples, 2 Families or a Bunch of Friends! Flexible rental schedule.
Location
Listen to the sound of babbling brooks as you take a hike into the Green Mountain Forest from our house. Head south into town & walk or bike ride on the path along Whitingham Lake(Harriman Reservoir) Boat rentals are available at the north end. Check out Adams Family Farm or a Maple Sugaring demonstration. Visit the North River Winery. There are many fine restaurants and a microbrewery pub nearby in Wilmington & Dover. Try Candlepin bowling, head to the theater, or just stay home & enjoy a movie from our collection. Bar-B-Que on the deck, then relax under the moonlight with a roaring bonfire in the side yard.
Ski/Snowboard Mount Snow less than 5 minutes from our house. Stratton, Bromley, Okemo, Killington 30-50 minutes away. Cross country ski/Snoeshoe from our door. Snowmobile to the VAST Trails from our house. Try Candlepin bowling, head to the theater, take a moonlight sleigh ride at Adams Family Farm or just stay home in front of the fire & enjoy a movie from our collection.
