A great beach house, a classic cottage with ' FRONT AND CENTER' Nantucket Sound views less than 100 feet away. Sandy beach reachable within a 300 foot stroll. Stunning Nantucket Sound views from almost all rooms. Decks and balconies off every bedroom. Master bedroom has water views on 3 sides ,and a deck. Children's 'suite' (set up with one double and a set of twins) views a lighthouse from its deck! Next bedroom has a double bed and a private balcony overlooking water. Spectacular light and brightness throughout. Large white dining table, two outdoor dining areas, MULTICULTURAL art. Weber gas grill, outside hot shower, washer/dryer in laundry room. Fully equipped. Chef's stove with 6 burners, huge oven. New hand-crafted, ceramic blue tile kitchen counter tops. Good sized kitchen, with several stools around an island. Born in t he 1870s, and updated to a contemporary feel. Walk upstairs and travel a bit back in time, most people say is a charming little trip .Wireless Internet

Farm Neck golf course (18 hole) a two minute drive. Farm Neck Preserve conservation lands walking trails begin half mile from house. Town with best day and night life a 6 minute walk. Great restaurants & shops. Oak Bluffs is FUN!! Safe swimming beach one minute walk to Nantucket Sound. Ocean swimming at Katama, under ten minute drive. Bike trail, rollerblading, begins just past house and continues between 2 bodies of water along rose-strewn path, 6 miles to elegant , formerly whaling captains town.

All bedrooms have decks and /or balcony; really nice. PROFESSIONALLY MANAGED. OWNED BY REAL ESTATE BROKER.

Just returned from a wonderful week in July

The location could not be better - we enjoyed walking to town for coffee each morning, nightly strolls and incredible views from almost every window. We live on the water year round so it takes a lot to get us excited but this home did it. Owner was quick to return security deposit and home was exactly as represented. More room that we needed and while we didn’t do much cooking - the kitchen is well equipped for a large family. Only issue we had was the week went by too quickly. We also had the good fortune of being there over the 4th of July and saw fireworks all along the coast of Cape Cod from one of the many decks!
