Villa Rosina, (A prime property.) On The Shores of Lago d' Como, Nesso is on the road from the city of Como to Bellagio, offering a postcard view of the lake. You will know you are in Italy the minute you arrive. The house is situated lakefront on a private lane of a quiet little Italian village, dating back to Roman times, close to lake attractions and Milan, with easy trips to famous Italian cities. Villa Rosina, owned by the Famiglia Pertusini for centuries, is a perfect peaceful lakeside respite that puts you front and centre on the lake looking west over the wonders of this region. The house is located off the main road via a waterfall-crossed lane, down a garden staircase. Fling open the shutters once inside, walk out onto the patio…. It’s really a postcard view you have here on this private property that comes with a lakeside garden, small dock by the shore where you can jump into the water and short walk to town. Villa Rosi.
