RIGHT ON THE BEACH IN PUNTA DE MITA

The property was very clean and beautifully decorated. The view of the ocean from the property, pool and jacuzzi was fantastic. The adjoining beach was wonderful. I would definitely vacation there again, and recommend this property to family and friends!

Was invited to Punta Mita for a wedding and didn't want to stay in the confines of the fancy hotels so booked with Suzanne and stayed in her 2 bedroom condo. It was quite lovely to be alone and detox from all the craziness of the wedding and all the guests. If in the area again it's the only place I would come back to willingly.

I wish I had more time to spend here. Vacations are always gone before you realize you didn't schedule enough time. Especially when in a beautiful tropical place such as Pta. Mita. Just a short drive from the Pto. Vallarta airport, we head north into this atmosphere that seems to be all local, and calm, and comfortable. Then a turn or two into and through a lovely little town and we are at the condo. With white wash walls and tile floors, this place has all the room and amenities that make me feel like a princess. There's a huge room (MY room!) with private (huge) mexican tile shower and giant comfy bed. There's an open kitchen and living room and dining room. The expansive balcony overlooks the ocean and I could sit and watch the birds and the boats and the swimmers all day long. But there is a pool to do laps in and a jacuzzi that sits inside of it that needs to be sat in. Then the sand is only a mere 15 feet away that needs to be walked in. Once I'm hungry and we haven't bought our groceries yet, the little cantina across the street (really, another 100' or so) has killer burgers and this great cucumber type dipping sauce for your fries, or maybe your burger. I don't know, but it was good.

We spent a 1/2 day in the cute little town of Sayulita, right on la playa, where you can find good food and drink, hardware, and tons of great shopping. This seems to me it was less than an hour away. I could have stayed there a bit longer too, but I was falling in love with these beautiful hand blown glass light fixtures, and there's NO WAY those would have made it on the plane with me. I'm just going to have to come back, that's all there is to it.

I loved it here and am only sorry I couldn't stay longer. So nice to have friends over, all helping in the kitchen and playing mexican train dominoes, and I highly recommend making tamale pie from scratch, even if you DON'T have all of the ingredients!
