Mark purchased this estate in 2005
Why Mark chose Palm Springs
“This is such a magnificent and unique historical property,” states Puopolo. “My main goal was to respect and preserve the historical character and integrity while allowing the integration of all the modern conveniences and amenities required for today’s luxury living in the California desert.” continues Puopolo. 'Our natural landscape, spectacular views and the year-round weather led me to the decision to open my home to others who appreciate this special relaxing lifestyle in the tranquil desert setting.' Former Architectural Digest Editor-In-Chief Paige Rense describes the property as 'remarkable.'
What makes this estate unique
“I love movies and have several clients that work in entertainment and enjoy spending time relaxing in the desert. So the media was an important part of our design plan. The property has state of the art media, ipod connects to surround sound throughout and an incredible outdoor movie theater with a collection of hundreds of movies. Some televisions including the movie screen can display the same movie/dvd throughout- a marvelous feature when entertaining.” “The outdoor king-sized beds are perfect for sunning or watching movies on those balmy nights under the star-studded desert skies with the twinkling view of the city lights.”
