The apartment is atop the building on the 10th floor - a rarity in Paris. As a result, it has unparalleled views from out over the roof tops and onto the nearby Eiffel Tower.

Entering Eiffel Tower Terrace from your very own, private elevator directly into the apartment is a great way to start your visit.
The entrance hall is large and spacious, with the children's bedroom to the left. Ahead of the foyer is the covered terrace with a dining table, an additional sink and an enormous telescope directed at the looming Eiffel Tower.
The foyer joins into the main living area which is set with comfortable sofas, a beautiful fireplace, a large flat screen television and computer.
The kitchen exits off from the living area and is fully equipped for all your culinary exploits. It includes a dishwasher and a full sized fridge. The windows of the kitchen overlook the surrounding cityscape offering a cosmopolitan feel to your cuisine. Off of the kitchen you will find a half-bathroom with sink and toilet.
Back through the living room and out the sliding door is the incredible terrace for which the apartment is named. This large, roof top area is decorated with plants, and greenery and is set with a lovely large table allowing you to dine al fresco directly in front of the Eiffel Tower. It's a spot unlike any other in Paris - literally, an unforgettable place to spend an evening.
Back into the living room and to the left is the master bedroom with its lovely double bed and bright decor.
The bathroom too is bright and comfortable with a full sized bathtub.

This area is known as the Chaillot Quarter. The village of Chaillot was absorbed into Paris in the nineteenth century and became an area of grand Second Empire avenues, opulent mansions and outstanding museums. Turn left on Victor Hugo and you will soon reach the Trocadéro Plaza where you can visit the Marine's Museum and the Museum of Modern Art amongst others.
Walk along the Champs Elysées, stop and climb to the top of the Arch of Triumph and from there you can marvel at the beauty of the Champs Elysées, with the Place de la Concorde on one side, and Paris' business centre, La Défense, on the other.
Turning right from the Champs Elysées you soon will see the Eiffel Tower, another high vantage point on a clear day. If you feel like having the dinner of a lifetime make a reservation (a must) at the Jules Vernes restaurant in the Eiffel Tower.
From the apartment you can quickly reach Place de La Concorde, all the museums and the Avenue Montaigne where you can visit the best designer shops - Dior, YSL, Chloé, Lanvin, Escada, Tod's, Cartier, Hermés. Subways, buses, or taxis, are close by but walking is recommended as the most enoyable to see this part of Paris.

booking deposit 30% of the rental amount. The remaining amount is to be paid in cash or traveller's checks upon the guests' arrival.
For stays of 4 nights or less, a 15% fee is added to the above listed rate.
Before your arrival you must pay the amount of 30% of the total rental cost plus a security deposit which is refundable 72 hours after your departure. The remaining amount is to be paid upon arrival in cash or in TC (travelers checks).
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (EUR) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
