Summer house - oceanview, turn-of-the-century built (1895). 4 bedrooms, living room, dining room, large fireplace, porch, spacious grounds, flower beds, 2 large Linden trees. Parking for 2 cars and 2 street side cars. 8 minute walk to Good Harbor Beach. Hilltop view. Limited traffic, quiet. Ideal for more than one family. Situated between historic seaport of Gloucester, and town of Rockport. Easy access to Boston (40 minutes). Beach parking.

Charming Cape Anne Cottage

Our family of 6; two adults and 4 kids (4-10yrs) spent a week here in the summer of 2008. The cottage is rustic and charming with a lovely dining room, sitting room and living room. We enjoyed the wrap around porch and cable TV for a little late night relaxation. The cottage is only a 5 minute walk to Good Harbour beach; Amelia's restaurant is on the way to the beach, great food at reasonable prices, we picked up dinner several times on the walk back to the cottage. Good Harbour beach was nice for the kids, busy on the weekends; bring a wagon to cart your things along (I personally don't recommend biking because the roads are windy). There is a small island that you can walk to during low tide, watch out for the poison ivy there! We would return to the cottage and I would recommend it to friends!
