We loved our stay at this property and found the owners helpful and concerned when we initially lacked wi-fi connectivity. Their taste..clean, simple, modernish..fit us perfectly. The views of the bay are spectacular. The location is terrific...on the purely residential part of Commercial Street, with the added benefit of a small bakery/sandwich shop in the building (they sold the newspapers, and we loved that too). We would return in a minute.

FYI, there is a steep staircase to reach the unit...a liability for those who can't do steps, but quiet and views from on high are the perks for that.

Paradise in Ptown!

I've had the pleasure of staying at this property since 1993 - as a matter of fact, I have rescheduled my trips based on availability of this unit. This is the ONLY place we will stay when visiting Ptown! This is an absolutely beautiful unit with exceptional views in the best location in town. A must stay! Worth every penny!

This was the best vacation rental experience I have had. This was a beautiful unit, well furnished and very clean, and in a quiet spot yet close enough to town to enjoy walking every day. I would love to be able to return some day.

I recently stayed at Highland Cape for the second time. It is truly delightful - beautifully decorated, very peaceful and comfortable yet only a short walk away from all the sights and sounds of P'town. From the sound system in every room to the heated bathroom floor tiles, the owners have provided everything to ensure a comfortable stay. I hope to return many times in the future.

We LOVED this place. Excellent amenities, very clean & cute. Great location...espcecially smelling the scones & muffins being baked downstairs at "Relish"! We would come back anytime!!!!
