This is our new, large, fully air-conditioned 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath upscale home located in a quiet, child safe development 3 blocks from town. It has a gourmet kitchen with upscale appliances easily serving 10 people in the adjacent dining room with fireplace, which opens onto a private deck with seating and outdoor grills. There are custom oak hardwood floors throughout with area rugs. The first floor living/family room has a fireplace and an entertainment center with a 50' Plasma HDTV, digital cable and wireless broadband. There is both a first floor master suite, which opens onto the deck, and a second floor master suite, each with Jacuzzis. The second floor queen bedroom has its own deck and shares a full bathroom with the second floor twin bedroom. The finished third floor has a twin bedroom with an adjacent entertainment room and full bathroom great for children or an au pair. The house is one block from the bike paths and an easy drive to any of the island's excellent beaches

Plan the sunset at Madaket beach or, if you have an all-wheel drive vehicle, drive out to Smith's Point for a secluded moment. Charter a fishing excursion or perhaps just a sightseeing trip. Dine out at any of the island's excellent restaurants or just walk into town for theatre, shopping, crafts and history.
