Best trip of our lives!

We rented this house last summer and couldn't have been happier. We've rented several past summers and always found the homes to be poorly equipped and, generally, in mediocre shape. Not the case with "Tea Time". It's pretty clear the owners take great pride! We had ample room, there were plenty of clean, comfortable linens and imagine our surprise when we decided to cook in and entertain friends and found just about anything one might want in a kitchen to prepare foods. They even stocked toilet paper and laundry detergent - a very nice touch. Electronic toys were great as well; 50" plasma TV with Digital cable and a good supply of DVDs; it took all of my reserve to avoid signing on to my email with the wireless broadband in the house.
The location was key. While it was just a short 2 1/2 block walk into Town it was towards the end of a fairly private community of beautiful homes so we were away from any of the louder parties nearby and our children could sleep comfortably. Most say you don't need A/C but our family is accustomed to it and I can't imagine how hot the house would have been without it; it was hot that week which made the beach going wonderful.
For afternoon recreation we were one block from the protected Madaket bike path which was great for my 12 y/o to pursue on her own and comfortable for my 4 y/o on training wheels - I even got a great jog in each morning.
In summary, great house, nice landlord (they were readily available for questions), special location and we had a fabulous time. Highly Recommended - in fact we're thinking about 2 weeks next year!
