Brand new 4500 sq ft Cape on 1.5 acres of wooded land with a private bay beach access 0.8 miles down the road, 64x16 ft deck and private balconies off of 2nd floor bedrooms. Six large bedrooms and four full baths. Gourmet chef's kitchen beautifully appointed & organized to cater to groups. Very clean, open floor plan. Only minutes to ocean & bay beaches, close to bike trails, and only seven miles to Provincetown or Wellfleet.

A beautiful home for a family reunion!

We have rented this home from Bob & Abbey twice over the last 4 years and have always been amazed by the house itself & by Bob & Abbey's attention to detail & dedication to ensuring a fantastic vacation by their guests. The property is kept immaculate & very well maintained.

The rooms are well laid out & space for all is plentyfull. We have had my parents, my brother & sister along with spouses & children - 4 couples & 7 children in all! Even in bad weather there is plenty to do & places to escape! The property is awesome & the beach (on the bay side) is a couple of minutes walk down the street & has never been crowded. There is a great ice cream shop on the main rd & Provencetown is less than 10 minutes away.

By far the best house we have ever rented & I only wish we could do it every year!

We rented this house and had a great time! We loved the large kitchen as there were 10 persons in our group and it made for great family mealtimes!
We will be back in 2005!
