PERFECT PTOWN GETAWAY!

This rental unit and it's owner are both perfect in every way!
My partner and I just returned from two wonderful July weeks in Provincetown and staying in this unit truly felt more like home than even our actual home does!
The unit itself is beautiful with enough living space for the two of us, our two dogs, and even the occasional visit from friends and family members.
The kitchen has several windows that allow a nice cross breeze so the rooms stay nice and cool without the need of the air conditioner that is provided.
I really cannot say enough good things about this space or it's owner, whom we had the pleasure of meeting during out stay. We have rented from him many times in the past and the process is always easy and effortless.
I highly recommend this unit or any of the others that the owner has available.

Great unit and great location

This unit can't be beat! It is clean and bright, and has a great location. A short walk to all that PTown has to offer. The owner was very responsive throughout the process, and I would highly recommend this property.

Some like it hot!

AWESOME location within walking distance to almost everything! Living room, kitchen, and bathroom are great. Bedrooms are tiny and don't have privacy. Entire condo is vaulted and walls only go up 8 feet on bedrooms, so the top 4 feet is open ---which means no one can watch tv or be in the kitchen if someone is sleeping. Internet is broadband, but no Wifi....so only one computer in use at a time. The main issue though is the lack of a/c. There is one tiny 5000 BTU window unit in the kitchen. This same unit was available at the Grand Union for $99 down the street and it cannot cool the unit in temps over 80. Due to the large windows facing west and the skylights, it was like a sauna and didn't cool down at night because it's too far away from the sea for the cool breezes and there are only tiny windows in the bedrooms anyway. Granted, it was in the mid 90's the week I was there.

Incredible value!

I arrived on June 28, 2008 to find this condo in the most central location in Ptown; on the corner of Bradford and Shank Painter Road. Everything is a block away- grocery store, Commercial Street, the Boatslip, shops, and restaurants. Yet, it was far enough away that it was very quiet. The space is definitely light-filled. The pictures really do not do the place justice. There are windows along the whole side of the unit and kitchen, as well as two sky lights. The condo came with everything necessary for a getaway vacation- internet, w/d, dishwasher, barbeque grill, and more! The beds were surprisingly very comfortable as well. This has got to be the best value for a weekly rental in Ptown.
