Charming, peaceful three-bedroom house nestled amid woods on quiet, private four-acre property off historic Tea Lane. Accommodations include two master bedrooms, guest room, sleeping loft, and two full baths, and enclosed outside shower. Floor-to-ceiling windows in first floor living area overlook an expansive wooded yard. Skylights throughout provide plenty of light. Second floor bedroom features sliding doors to small deck. Natural stone fireplaces in living room and first floor bedroom. Completely furnished with all amenities, including stereo, DVD/VCR/TV, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Rental allows purchase of passes to some of the Vineyard's finest beaches in Chilmark; five minutes to Lucy Vincent Beach, Menemsha, and the North Shore Sound.This rental property is my home and permanent residence. It is very well cared for and maintained. All appliances, fixtures, electronics, etc., are new (or fairly new) and work perfectly. The house is well appointed and very comfortable.
