Sandra and Dennis were great property managers--accessible, responsive, and everything my group could have wished for. The house is beautifully modern with a lovely heated pool/spa and everything we needed. It came equipped with a comprehensive house manual detailing instructions on how to operate things in the house as well as things to do and places to go around the area. On the last day, Dennis was super cool about us staying later than the check out time so we got to enjoy the pool and grill for a couple of extra hours. I can confidently say my whole group fully enjoyed our 4 nights there and would certainly come back.

Too short of a trip!

Once we arrived, we knew our trip would be too short. The home and private outdoor areas are perfect to both relax or entertain. Close to the center of Palm Springs restaurant, shopping, grocery and hiking areas, we were able to enjoy the best of Palm Springs while benefiting from the privacy of this clean, contemporary, spacious home. Our only downside was that we had to leave too soon!

We will definitely be back, this home is perfect. The spacious layout works so well for families. The home is very nicely decorated & close to town. The backyard has a pool & spa that are very well maintained as well as gas fire pit & bbq. It has everything you want in a vacation home!

Nice & Private; Noisy close to airport.

Home, Pool & Spa very clean, great open concept, location is quiet; but Airport is very close; plane's start flying overhead @ 6:30am, & neighbour's dog barks during the day.

Never had a meet and greet with Todd; so on arrival no heated spa or pool, which we had paid for, we had difficulties setting the spa program, were unable to use the spa 1st night, we never did heat the pool.

Spa system not available on morning of departure even thou check out is 10:00am.

Security system was not working only one key between 2 adult couples. Bike tires had no air had to walk to gas station to fill-up. Laundry had been left in dryer? BBQ electric starter is broken & was difficult to light; outdoor lightning around BBQ is good, however very poor in outdoor sitting areas & dining after 6:00pm

Up-dated bed linens would be nice, kitchen amenities great, one of the best feature of the home. (we love to cook).

Property nice, however having stayed in Rancho Mirage VRBO previously, I felt property was overpriced for Palm Springs location.

Owner's Response: I would suggest that we are convenient to the airport and the sound has not been an issue. It seems that when items in a home need maintenance or repair they all seem to occur all at once. The pool/spa control system has been fixed as well as the keyless entry system. We do provide a bicycle pump adjacent to the bikes for ease of tire inflation. The pricing for our luxury property has always been competitive and repeat guests do become Preferred Guests and qualify for a 10% discount on future rental fees. The property has always been highly regarded and I take great pride in our glowing reviews and rental history. Know that any issues that arise are always remedied as promptly as possible.

We stayed at this lovely home for the second time and were not disappointed. Everything was well appointed - kitchen a delight to use - clean, well lit. The house was in a great location near shopping, restaurants. The property manager, Todd, could not have been more responsive and helpful. A restful retreat

This home was very well appointed and even though we stayed only a short time, we were able to relax in the pool and jacuzzi. Todd, the manager was there to meet us and show us around which was very helpful. We also enjoyed the clean and modern feel of the decor.

Basically all was very good and as advertised. We arrived a little early on the Sunday and the property manager, Todd, was still there so he showed us around. Beautiful house, nice outside yard, all good. Only minus was the a/c had not been on and it took until the next day to really cool the whole house. But I will say that when I called to inquire about it, Todd was there in literally 5 minutes. I mean the guy must live somewhere near because I hardly had a chance to put the phone down and he was knocking on the door. So, very attentive, and like I say it was really just that it was SO hot that the a/c had to work hard to get that temp down.

What else? The main thing for us was the outside. It was small but very nicely done - very private and has a nice grill that's plumbed in so no gas canisters. So you can go to the local Albertsons and cook chicken or whatever you like every day for lunch. Pool was small but nice - clean and just right. It does get little leaves etc fly in from the breeze but there's a net there and it was fun to jump in and scoop it around in the morning to clean it up on off days in between the pool guys coming along.

The inside is very clean. My wife is a total germ freak so if anything wasn't clean I would soon know about it - but everything was very nice and clean and modern. She liked that the bathroom had separate sinks for all her stuff - a lot of the older properties have only enough room for a single sink in the master, but this had two. Oh, I should mention that the toilet is in the bathroom and it's one of those 'no door' configurations - which was no problem for us married a long time, but if you were not so familiar with each other you'd have to make sure you didn't walk in on one another when taking some time out! :-)

Location is good, very close to PS. There's a lot going on around there now. Even in the off season there was a lot of stuff. The temps hit 115 (!!!) and when we were out shopping or whatever it was 'take your breath away' hot. But we were in Cabo a few weeks later which was only 95 but way more humid, and that was actually more unpleasant that the hot and dry 115 temps in PS.

Stuff to do - if you're into the old Lounge music (as we are) like Sinatra etc then you'll love PS in general. Best place on our trip by far was 'The Nest' in Indio. Crazy place. All ages, no boom boom boom music, really huge fun.

All in all it was excellent. Place great, PS great, would def return...
