The house features a large open living/ dining/ kitchen area with vaulted ceiling with 2 fans, 27 inch TV/VCR/DVD, stereo/CD player, 2 bedrooms with new queen sized beds, ceiling fans, and room AC, new full bath. Lower Level: 2 bedrooms with new twin beds, rec room with 25'' TV/VCR, ping pong, games, laundry room with washer/dryer, bathroom w/ shower. Deck with view, grill, table & chairs, beach chairs and cooler, second deck with enclosed outside after swim shower w/hot & cold water. Half way between bike trail and Sunken Meadow Beach, 5 min. drive or short bike ride to National Sea Shore and Nauset Beach. Golf in Welfleet, Truro or Orleans. Large yard with room for your boat. Enjoy the nature of Audubon Wildlife and National Sea Shore exhibits. High speed wireless recently installed.

  • This large, comfortable home sleeps 8 with two queen bedrooms with ceiling fans and room air conditioners, two bedrooms with twin beds, new beds throughout . Also roll-away cot for extra guest, pillows and blankets provided. Porta crib for infant. The cathedral ceiling living/dining room and kitchen area have a view to Cape Cod Bay which is a short 7 minute walk. Two ceiling fans and large windows provide circulation, large TV with VCR and DVD, two couches one of which reclines, large table which seats 10-12. Deck off of living area also with view has a gas grille, table and chairs.. Second deck and enclosed warm water after swim shower at rear of house. Lower level has twin bedrooms, game room with 2nd TV/VCR, table tennis, games and books, also laundry room and bath with shower. Large yard with room for your boat.

Great Home for large gathering: This large, open home has been updated over the past years. It has a large yard for children and cars for extended family or your boat. It is a short walk to Cape Cod Bay and beautiful Sunken Meadow Beach. Sunsets from the living room and deck are fantastic. The recreation room provides fun and a place for children, or adults, to have fun with second TV and table tennis. Shopping, golf, fishing, boating and the Cape Cod Bike Trail are all nearby as well as the National Sea Shore which offers expansive beaches and nature programs for all ages.

Had a great vacation. Nice, clean spacious house on a quiet side road. Lots of room for kids to play inside and out. Great location. Short walk to a beautiful Bay beach that was never crowded. Great for kids. Close to bike trail and short drive to Nauset beach.
